It is our attempt to address the issues of disunity and we go to the root of what we call “The Six Ism’s of Division”. [Racism; Genderism; Culturalism; Classism, Religionism and Politicalism] Through this process, we are not teaching that all have to agree, rather we place great emphasis on teaching how to identify, then confront and finally address these ism’s. Then we show how to move forward in diversity without loosing who we are, while we gain other perspectives.
