Through our relationship with Boy Scouts Of America-Venturing, we offer great outward bounds experiences such as hiking, boating, camping, etc., along with Low Ropes courses which are designed to challenge groups to work together through a sequence of unique problem solving initiatives and the high ropes are a series of elements designed to give individuals the opportunity to challenge themselves with the support and encouragement of the group, while ascending 25-45 feet into the trees or poles. These initiatives create an environment to help participants work on specific goals, socialization skills, team building, survival and much more.
By utilizing our current training workshops Young People In Action can and mix and match them to your specifications, and/or we also have the capacity to custom design workshops for you group. No matter the subject, no matter the complexity. YPA has a keen way of delivering “The message” without sugar coating, fancy jargon or unnecessary frills and thrills. YPA goes strait to the issue at hand and helps the organization and individuals to help themselves. Bottom line, we help to bring abut solutions. And lastly… our dynamic and experienced staff have the capacity to facilitate consulting solutions for individual youth serving agencies to strengthen their youth development practices, evaluation & assessment, develop, improvement strategies, life coaching, prevention methods, ATOD strategies, positive impacts, networking, capacity building, and any and all forms of organizational growth and development issues.
